In Greek myth the white raven was the messenger of the god Apollo. The god was helplessly in love with Coronis, a Thessalian princess of matchless beauty, so he charged his white raven to guard his beloved Coronis while he was away. The faithful raven was diligent in his duty and soon discovered the princess was secretly seeing another, he swiftly returned to Apollo with the terrible news of her infidelity. Apollo was overcome and flew into a fiery rage where upon the hapless raven was scorched and his beautiful white feathers were burnt to inky darkness. To this day the Raven’s plumage has remained as black as pitch as an indelible mark of one who bears ill tidings.

The captivating character Mio SANBI the fox.

'Human life is as fleeting as a cherry blossom. When we first met under the cherry blossom tree, I realized that what was striking about her was her smile, the lingering floral scent that enveloped her. She was so perfect that even the breeze would stay to stroke her face, greedily, and refuse to depart. I, a little fox who had just human form, was forever smitten.'
